Livingston Daily Q&A: How council candidates in Howell feel about development, politics, reputation

"Howell voters will select three new council members in November.

All three officials nearing the end of their terms are running for re-election, including Jan Lobur, Jacob Schlittler and Luke Wilson. There are also three non-incumbents running for the seats: Stacy Rutledge, Michael Gaitan-Flores and Jeff Amayo.
